Treatment of effluent

(1) Every industry which discharges effluent shall ensure that such effluent can be assimilated by the receiving water into which the effluent is discharged. (2) The Department shall be furnished from time to time with the composition of any effluent treated as specified in paragraph (1) of this Regulation.
