Environmental Protection (Effluent Limitations) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

No person shall cause or permit any effluent to be discharged from any industry specified in the First or the Second Schedule in respect of which he is the owner or operator in quantities or concentration higher than those specified in the said Schedules.
