Fee for licence including renewal of licence
Environmental Protection (Effluent Limitations) Regulations, reg. 27 · Revised Edition 2020
(1) The annual fee for a licence issued under regulation 15 is five hundred dollars.
(2) The fee of three hundred dollars shall accompany the application under regulation 15(2) and shall not be refundable.
