Occupier to render assistance during inspections

An occupier of any premises shall provide the Chief Environmental Officer or any other officer duly authorized in writing by him every reasonable assistance or facility available at the premises that he may require for the purpose of taking action that he is empowered by the Act or these Regulations to take in respect of the premises.
