Reporting changes in information furnished for purposes of application

An applicant for a licence or for the renewal or transfer of a licence shall, within seven days of the occurrence of any material change in any information furnished in his application or furnished in writing pursuant to a request by the Chief Environmental Officer, give the Department a report in writing of the change.
