Restrictions on the discharge of effluents
Environmental Protection (Effluent Limitations) Regulations, reg. 13 · Revised Edition 2020
No person shall discharge or cause or permit the discharge of any effluent in or on any soil or surface of any land without the prior written permission of the Department.
