Undertakings requiring an EIA

Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, reg. 7 · Revised Edition 2020

All undertakings, projects or activities specified in Schedule I shall require an environmental impact assessment. The scope and extent of the environmental impact assessment shall be determined by the Department. EIA. Schedule II.
