Environmental assessment process

Whenever the Department determines that there is a need for an environmental impact assessment on a project, the environmental impact assessment process shall include– (a) the preparation of the terms of reference; (b) a review by the Committee as provided in Regulation 26 of these Regulations; (c) where approval is recommended by the the development and implementation of an Compliance Plan that meets the approval of Environmental Protection 13 Categories of Projects
