Income of the Fund

The Fund shall consist ofFund. (a) such sums received from the required one tenth of one percent (1/10 of 1%) of gross revenue from all petroleum production in Belize, contained in all production sharing agreements (PSAs) and as required by Regulation 15 of the Petroleum Regulations, in Statutory Instrument No. 112 of 1992; (b) such sums as may be received for the purposes of the Fund by way of voluntary contributions or donations; 60 (c) such sums as are paid for fees, licenses, penalties or approvals under this Act or any Regulations made thereunder; CAP. 64.01 (d) twenty per centum of all revenues derived from the implementation of sections 3 and 7 (f) of the Environmental Tax Act; (e) such sums as may be received for the sale of Department’s publications, or library fees etc; (f) such sums as may be received from littering violation tickets issued outside city or town limits, and from any similar ticketing system; (g) Repealed; (h) such sums as may be appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Fund; and (i) any other money lawfully contributed, donated or paid into the Fund from any other source.
