Fund account

(1) The Board shall open and maintain at such bank, as may be approved by the Minister, an account for the Fund. (2) All money forming part of the Fund shall, as soon as practicable after it is received, be paid into the Fund. (3) No money shall be paid out of the account of the Fund except with any general or special directions of the Board. The account of the Fund may only be operated on by cheque or other negotiable instrument signed by a member of the Board who is authorized by the Board to sign cheques drawn on the account, and countersigned by any other member of the Board who is authorized to sign such cheques. (4) Moneys of the Fund shall be expended only to meet the objectives and purposes authorized under this Act.
