Offence relating to false information

(1) A person commits an offence who to– (a) intentionally or negligently provides incorrect or misleading information to, or conceals information from, the Department or a designated officer; or (b) intentionally or negligently provides incorrect or misleading information, or conceals information concerning the properties or hazards of industrial waste thereby 50 endangering human life, or the environment, or adversely affecting the operation of any plant or equipment used to treat or dispose industrial waste.
