Obstruction, etc., of designated officer

Every person who assaults, obstructs or hinders a designated officer in the execution of his duty under this Act or regulations made thereunder commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars, or to imprisonment for a term not less than six months and not exceeding five years, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
