Commencement

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 9 of the Returnable Containers Act (No. 12 of 2009), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GASPAR VEGA, Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment, do hereby appoint the 3rd day of May, 2010 as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
