Lost certificates

Any notice of a lost or destroyed certificate given under section 66 of the Act shall give the name and address of the registered proprietor and the description of the land, and shall state that it is proposed to issue a new certificate of title and shall request any person in whose possession the certificate may be, or who has any objection to such issue, to inform the Registrar of the fact.
