Form of assignment of mortgage

General Registry Rules, r. 37 · Revised Edition 2020

An assignment of a mortgage or other charge shall be in Form 28 and a deed cancelling the mortgage shall be in Form 29 which shall be varied to meet the case of the cancellation of any other legal charge.
