Transfer of easement, right or privilege

Application to transfer an easement, right or privilege comprised in a certificate of title issued under the Act shall be accompanied by– (a) the certificate of title to the easement, right or (b) a memorandum of transfer in Form 25 by the registered proprietor of the easement, right or privilege to the transferee, and the new certificate transferring the easement, right or privilege shall have attached to each duplicate a certificate copy of the deed creating the easement, right or privilege. 18 General Registry
