Transfer of a term of years

Application to transfer a term of ten years or upwards comprised in a certificate of title issued under the Act shall be accompanied by– (a) the certificate of title to the term; (b) a memorandum of transfer by the registered proprietor (the lessee) to the transferee, and the new certificate transferring the term of years shall have attached to each duplicate a certified copy of the deed of lease.
