Deeds of lease to be attached to certificates of title

General Registry Rules, r. 27 · Revised Edition 2020

The deed of lease granting the term shall be in Form 21 and shall be attached to the registered duplicate of the certificate of title and a copy of the deed of lease certified by the Registrar to be a true copy shall be attached to the proprietor’s duplicate.
