Certificate of title for term of ten years or upwards

Application for certificates of title to terms of ten years or upwards absolute shall be accompanied by16 General Registry (a) the certificate of title to the land, estate or interest proposed, to be demised; CAP. 327. 1924. Rev. CAP. 214. (b) the deed of lease pursuant to section 40 of the Act; (c) a statement of existing legal charges and incumbrances affecting the land to be demised which had been recorded under the Recording of Deeds Ordinance.
