Description of land in first certificate of title

The description of the land, estate, interest, power or right in respect of which a first certificate of title may be issued under section 41 of the Law of Property Act, to be comprised in the first certificate of title applied for, shall follow the description General Registry 11 entered in the register pursuant to section 27 of the Lands Titles Registry Ordinance, and a copy of the plan or portion of the plan entered in the register (if any) shall be attached thereto. 1924.
