Proof required under oath

The Registrar may require, and any person may tender, proof under oath of any material fact which the Registrar considers necessary to be established in connection with any matter or thing sought to be done or transacted in the Registry, and the oath may be administered and the fact sworn before any justice of the peace or any other person lawfully authorised to receive oaths.
