Wills to be recorded

No will or codicil by which lands in Belize or rights in relation thereto are affected shall be pleaded or admitted as CAP. 197. evidence in any court until probate thereof has been granted by the Supreme Court under the Administration of Estates Act or any other law in force prior to that Act, and no further proof of the due execution thereof or recording shall be necessary under this Part.
