Nominal index of parties to instruments

In order to facilitate reference and search where one person is proprietor of the lands contained in more than one 40 certificate of title, and where various legal charges, incumbrances and other securities have been granted, the Registrar shall enter in a nominal index every instrument presented to him, both under the names of the grantors and grantees.
