Incumbrances to be registered under this Act

(1) The incumbrances mentioned in section 103 of the Law of Property Act shall, in relation to registered land, be registered in the Land Charges Register upon such evidence produced to the Registrar as may be prescribed, Provided that where a legal estate or interest in land in respect of which a certificate of title is issued under Part III is an incumbrance affecting land registered under this Act it shall not be registered under this Part but shall be noted on both duplicates of the certificate of title to the land affected thereby as in the case of a legal charge.
