Form of the Register

(1) There shall be kept in the department a “Land Charges Register” consisting of deeds creating legal charges and deeds creating incumbrances on or over registered land bound together in the same manner as certificates of title are required to be bound together under this Act. (2) The said Register shall be divided into two separate parts relating respectively to “Legal Charges” and “Incumbrances”. CAP. 190.
