Particulars to be furnished for obtaining certificate of title for term of years

(1) An application for a certificate of title to a term of years shall be made by presenting to the Registrar a deed of lease in the prescribed form– (a) containing the names of the parties to the lease, their description and addresses; (b) showing the number of years for which the term is granted; (c) expressing the consideration for which the term is granted; and (d) setting out all the covenants, agreements, conditions and stipulations to be observed and performed by each party to the lease.
