On issue of new certificate of title, all legal estates, charges and incumbrances to be noted

In all cases where a new certificate of title has been issued in lieu of a certificate of title in favour of a deceased registered proprietor, the Registrar shall note on the new certificate of title issued all legal estates and interests, legal charges and incumbrances affecting the land to which it relates. CAP. 244.
