Title of Registered proprietor “as trustee”

A registered proprietor or proprietors “as trustee” or “as trustees” shall, as regards any dealings with the land, be subject to the provisions of the trust deed affecting the land transferred by the certificate of title, but shall be the absolute registered proprietor or proprietors of the said land, as regards the records of title, as fully as any other registered proprietor or proprietors.
