The “Land Title Register”

(1) There shall be kept in the department a “Land Titles Register” consisting of certificates of title issued and bound together in accordance with this Act. (2) The said register shall be divided into three separate parts relating respectively to “Freeholds”, “Leaseholds” and “Easements, Rights and Privileges”.
