Fee for restoration of name to the Registers

(1) Where the name of a veterinary surgeon, veterinary specialist or an animal health assistant was removed from the relevant Register pursuant to section 14(3) of the Act, the amount which shall be paid by such person to have his name Veterinary Surgeons 5 restored to the relevant Register pursuant to section 14(4) of the Act shall be the full amount of the arrears and a restoration fee of fifty Belize dollars. (2) The fee referred to in subregulation (1) above shall be paid to the Chairman of the Veterinary Surgeons Board.
