General penalty

Every person guilty of any breach or contravention of any of the provisions of this Act for which no other penalty is 37 provided is liable on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
