Board may sue

The Board may in its own name, by its Registrar or any person thereunto authorized in writing under the hand of the Chairperson of the Board, institute, carry on, prosecute, and defend any action, complaint, information, or proceeding whatsoever. Every court of law shall take judicial notice of the signature of the Chairperson of the Board to any such authorization.
