Registration of existing professional engineers

The Registrar shall, within three months after the commencement of this Act, cause to be entered in the Register, the particulars specified in section 11 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of this Act, of all those persons who immediately before such commencement were practicing as professional engineers in Belize, without payment of a fee, and pending such entry, such persons shall be deemed to be professional engineers within the meaning of this Act.
