Staff of the Council

The Council may from time to time appoint such staff as shall be necessary for the purposes of this Act and may assign to such staff such duties as the Council may consider desirable for the purposes of this Act, and every person so appointed shall be removable at the pleasure of the Council, and shall be paid by the Council such salary, emoluments and benefits as the Council may think fit.
