Body corporate

(1) The Association shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and, subject to the provisions of this Act of this Act, shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable property of whatever kind and to enter into contracts and do all things necessary for the fulfilment of its objectives. (2) The Association may sue and be sued in its corporate name and shall for all purposes be described by that name. (3) The seal of the Association shall be authenticated in the manner prescribed by the Association, and any document purporting to be sealed with the authenticated seal shall be (Registration) 7 receivable as evidence of the particulars stated in that document.
