Association may institute legal proceedings

The Association may in its own name, by any officer of the Council or any other person duly authorised in that behalf under the hand of its President institute, carry on, prosecute and defend any actions, complaint, information or proceedings whatever, and every court shall take judicial notice of the signature of the President of the Council to any such authorisation.
