Expiration and renewal of licence

(1) A licence issued under regulations 6, shall– (a) be valid from the date of issue to the 31st day of December in the year of issue; and (b) not be transferred. (2) A licence issued under regulation 6, may be renewed on an application, including the payment of the application fee as prescribed in the Second Schedule, made within 21 working days of the expiration of the licence. (3) An application for renewal of a licence shall be– (a) addressed to the Secretary of the Board; First Schedule. (b) made in duplicate in the Form Set out as Form 2 in the First Schedule; and (c) accompanied by payment of the renewal fee as prescribed in the Second Schedule.
