Refusal of Board to register customs clerk

(1) The Board may approve or refuse an application made under regulation 16, and where the application is approved, the registration shall be issued to the applicant. (2) Where the Board refuses an application, the Board shall notify the applicant in writing, of the refusal, within 30 working days, giving reasons for its decision. 16
