Publication of particulars etc., of holder of licence

The Board shall cause to be published in the Gazette, a notice containinglicense. (a) the names of customs brokers who are issued (b) the names and particulars of customs brokers whose licences have been suspended or revoked under these Regulations; and (c) the names and particulars of customs brokers who have been removed from the Register.
