Board to be notified of changes in particulars of registration

(1) Where a change specified in subregulation (2) occurs in respect of the particulars of a licensed customs broker, the customs broker shall, immediately upon the occurrence of the change, notify the Board in writing or in electronic form. (2) The changes referred to in subregulation (1) include a change in the name or address of the brokerage company.
