Board may hold examinations

The Board may, by written and/or oral examinations and through such other means as it may find necessary, examine and satisfy itself as to the competence and fitness of any applicant for a customs brokers licence, Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to persons whose qualifications are provided for in section 12 (1) of this section.
