Delivery of cane
Sugar Industry (Control) Regulations, reg. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
A licensed grower or cane farmer shall only deliver sugar cane to a manufacturer in a vehicle which has been duly registered with the Board, and a manufacturer shall accept such a delivery only upon proof of this registration.
