Cancellation of registration

Subject to this Act, the Council may at any time order that the registration of a person in respect of a nursing home be cancelled on any ground which would entitle it to refuse an application for registration of that person in respect of that home, or on the ground that that person has been convicted of an offence against the provisions of this Act, or on the ground that any other person has been convicted of such an offence in respect of that home.
