Order of business

Except in cases where the presiding officer on the grounds of urgency or convenience otherwise directs, the following order of business shall be observed– (1) Minutes of the last meeting; (2) Adjourned business; (3) Correspondence; 22 (4) Reports of Committees; (5) (6) Statement of Accounts; (7) Bills and Claims; (8) Any other business; (9) Date of next meeting.
