Duplicate certificate

In the event of a certificate becoming lost or accidentally destroyed, the holder may apply to the Council for a fresh certificate and the Council may, if they think fit, grant such fresh certificate upon payment by the applicant of a fee of two dollars. A certificate issued under this rule shall be marked “Duplicate”.
