Certificate of registration

Every nurse or midwife admitted to the Register shall be granted a certificate as laid down in the form set forth in the Fifth Schedule which shall be sealed with the seal of the Council and no document purporting to be a certificate of admission to the Register shall be valid unless it is sealed with the seal of the Fifth Schedule. 16
