Entitlement to registration

No nurse or midwife, unless exempted under the Act or these Rules, shall be entitled to have her name entered in the Register until she has passed the final examination applicable to the part of the Register to which she seeks admission. The name of every nurse or midwife who has passed the final examination for the general part or any supplementary part of the Register shall be inserted in that part of the Register.
