Certificates and application forms

(1) The certificate and the application to sit for the preliminary examination shall be in the Forms 1 and 1A set out in the Fourth Schedule. Fourth Schedule. (2) The certificates and the application to sit for the final examination shall be in the Forms 2 and 2A set out in the Fourth Schedule.
