Disqualifications for examinations

Should it come to the notice of the Council that a candidate for entrance to any of the Council’s examinations has been guilty of conduct which, had she been a registered nurse or midwife, would in the opinion of the Council have rendered her liable to disciplinary action under these Rules and to removal of her name from the Register, the Council may, after giving the candidate the opportunity of stating her case and after making such other reasonable investigations as may be necessary, refuse to admit her to the examination in question. forms.
