Final report to Chief Justice

(1) Within ninety days of the conclusion of the hearing, the Council shall make a final report to the Chief Justice pursuant to section 16 of the Act. (2) In exceptional circumstances where a final report is not feasible within the period prescribed in subrule (1), the Council shall make an interim report of its findings to the Chief Justice, indicating as to when a final report would be submitted.
